Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Illinois RN license required.
• ADN nurses must enroll in a BSN program within six months.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes appropriate assessment skills to determine patient needs.

• Assumes charge nurse responsibilities as assigned.
