Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in accounting or finance are required.
• Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with all levels of management.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger account and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close procedures and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and budget analyses.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and depreciation schedules.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
