Onsite Speech Language Pathologist (W2, Hourly + Up to a $250 monthly incentive)

Huddle Up is a provider-founded and provider-led company delivering high-quality, consistent care to school districts nationwide through team-based virtual and onsite IEP therapy and support. We have conducted over 1 million therapy sessions across speech, occupational, mental health, and school psychology, with 94% of our clients reporting high student engagement.

We support the whole child and the provider, fostering connection and collaboration through various tools and resources, including communication platforms and experienced clinical managers available for support.

Currently, we are hiring Onsite Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in Ingham County, Michigan, for the 25/26 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Speech Language Pathology services to school-based children, utilizing proprietary and standard tools
• Collaborate with school staff and clinical mentors to provide high-quality services
• Complete documentation, participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as case manager or process coordinator
• Provide face-to-face therapy to diverse school-aged populations

Minimum Requirements:

• Caseload of 20-40 hours per week
• Own a personal laptop (not Chromebook) for sessions and platform access
• Active, unrestricted SLP license in your state
• Current ASHA CCCs
• Resident of the United States
• Experience with school-based or pediatric therapy
• Comfort with technology
• Reliable transportation for punctual attendance

Compensation:

This is a W2 employment opportunity. Hourly rates range from $44 to $49 in specified states, with potential monthly incentives for those working 60+ hours per invoicing period, depending on location and qualifications.
