Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks three dedicated Special Education Teachers for an onsite contract in Vermont for the 2026-2027 academic year. Teachers will deliver targeted instruction and support for diverse student populations, in pilot high school programs or elementary teams, with 35 hours per week.

Applicants must hold Vermont licenses with the specified Special Education Endorsements and adapt strategies for autism and related needs; fingerprints on file are required.

Qualifications

• Vermont teaching license must include one of: Special Educator Endorsement, Special Education Consulting Teacher Endorsement, or Intensive Special Education Teacher Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction for high school or elementary caseloads.
• Collaborate with team to support students with learning disabilities and autism.
• Modify curriculum using evidence-based practices.
• Leverage PT/OT and community resources to provide services.
• Foster an inclusive, achievement-oriented classroom environment.
