Qualifications

• Must have professional interpretation skills between English and Spanish.
• Experience interpreting in medical, legal, educational, or social-services settings is preferred.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional consecutive interpretation between English and Spanish during onsite assignments.
• Provide remote interpretation by telephone or video when applicable to an assignment.
• Follow interpreter protocols, professional standards, and client requirements.
• Comply with confidentiality, privacy, security, and assignment protocols including HIPAA, FERPA, and GLBA as applicable.
• Maintain professional interactions with clients and participants and ensure language accuracy.
