Job summary

CoVolt Power AHV is seeking a Project Manager for solar energy projects based in Michigan, 100% on-site. You will assist the Project Manager from notice to proceed through final client acceptance, coordinating with estimating during pre-bid and buyout, and leading execution of projects.

This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills, with ability to read IFC drawings and manage budgets, schedules, and safety and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM or related field.
• OSHA 10 Hour and SWPPP training.
• Experience on civil/electrical construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager from notice to proceed through client acceptance.
• Coordinate with Estimating during pre-bid and buyout stages.
• Plan, lead, and coordinate all project execution activities.
• Support administration to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare spreadsheets/reports; monitor budget and costs.
• Investigate non-conformance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety and quality control throughout projects.
