PARS Therapy in North Austin, TX is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our patient-centered team. You will deliver direct therapy, design engaging exercises, and collaborate with physicians to implement individualized plans of care.

The role requires CCC-SLP, TX license, a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, and proficiency with clinical documentation systems. You’ll work onsite with a supportive team, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in continuing education.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP and active Texas license are required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement evidence-based exercises tailored to each patient’s goals.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup, use and sterilization of therapy equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records prior to sessions to tailor treatment.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current.
