PARS Therapy in San Antonio, TX is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing, interdisciplinary care team. You will deliver direct therapy per physician orders, design engaging activities, and support patients and families through treatment.

The ideal candidate holds CCC-SLP and an active Texas license, with strong documentation skills and a commitment to HIPAA. This onsite role offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered

Qualifications

• Must have CCC-SLP and active Texas license to practice.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises tailored to each patient’s goals.
• Provide counseling, education, and support to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress, noting improvements and challenges.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records prior to sessions to tailor treatment approach.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current with advances in the field.
