Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate for an onsite role in Burlington, MA. The position works 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM with a pay rate of $27–$29 per hour on a W2 contract.

The role involves obtaining shipment reports, picking/packing for shipments, Goods Issue, and handling inbound materials using SAP, ARIBA, and FedEx Manager. DOT/IATA certificates preferred and pre-employment drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain shipment reports and pick products from designated locations.
• Pick and pack products for outgoing shipments using SAP and FedEx Manager.
• Complete Goods Issue daily and support inbound/outbound logistics.
• Receive materials via SAP/ARIBA and record vendor batches and origin.
• Inspect incoming items for damage, quantity accuracy, and paperwork.
• Coordinate with lab and inventory teams to move and store materials.
