Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite Shipping/Receiving Associate to pull work orders, deliver parts, and manage incoming materials across assembly areas. You will verify receipts, perform cycle counts, and assist with packaging and shipments.

Strong reading, math, and PC skills are essential for success. You will work under the Shipping and Receiving Team Coordinator, handling multiple tasks and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, etc.; apply basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to a variety of concrete variables.
• Intermediate PC skills including email, databases, word processing, spreadsheets.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts needed for work orders for Fabrication and final Assembly; ensure delivery to correct area and update status.
• Make deliveries to all assembly areas, including loading and unloading of trucks.
• Process receipt of purchased materials with packing lists and travelers.
• Make inquiries on system on work orders and purchase orders.
• Packaging and crating of daily part order shipments; handle related transactions.
• Label chemicals in compliance with MSDS procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.
