Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a shipping/receiving professional to handle inbound/outbound goods, verify shipments, and manage ERP transactions. The role requires operating forklifts and material handling equipment, performing cycle counts, and coordinating with teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of related shipping and receiving experience.
• Ability to operate trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyers, overhead cranes or other handling equipment.
• Ability to work independently and lead meetings with team.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify and ensure accuracy of received goods and shipments.
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
• Match materials received with bills of landing, invoices and records.
• Pick and stock product orders; perform ERP transactions.
• Perform cycle counts daily and handle material movement.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes).
• Determine shipment methods and prepare shipping documents.
• Assist with local delivery/pick-up with box truck as needed.
