Job summary

The Gordon Flesch Company is seeking an on-site services professional to support customers and ensure positive experiences. You will use office technology to complete projects, maintain supplies, and escalate repairs when needed.

Responsibilities include reporting to the Onsite Services Supervisor, collaborating with teammates, and ensuring timely copy request processing. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential.

• Ability to operate office equipment including computer, printer, fax machine, phone systems.

• Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements.

• Report on program operations to Onsite Services Supervisor or appropriate leadership.
• Collaborate with team members on special requests for respective area.
• Support and monitor copy requests: complete requests with a defined timeline.
