Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III in Hawthorne, CA to support maintenance and preventive work on our properties. You will assist with make-readies, equipment repairs, and safety programs while ensuring high service standards for residents.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Service Manager, maintaining tools and inventory, and supporting on-call coverage as needed. A High School diploma and three years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA 608 Type I – Appliance certification required or in place.
• HVAC repair knowledge and basic appliance repair skills.
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist and oversee maintenance and preventive tasks for property assets.
• Perform make-readies, HVAC and appliance repairs as needed.
• Maintain inventory of repair supplies and tools.
• Assist with safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to schedule weekly make-readies.
