Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite technical service delivery for a mission-critical DoD environment.
• Coordinate with systems, cloud, cybersecurity, application, and data teams to meet defined service levels.
• Manage incidents, changes, and audits while communicating with stakeholders in a timely, clear manner.
• Guide AI pilots and automation initiatives into secure, operational use across the mission.
