Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Functional or Software BA.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across disciplines.

• Critical thinker who embraces new ideas and technologies.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting large IT solutions.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience designing UI improvements and wireframes.
• SDLC tools experience (JIRA & Confluence).
• Degree in CS or related IT field is a plus.
• Healthcare/pharmacy knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for new or existing systems.
• Perform gap analyses using flowcharts and wireframes to demonstrate end-to-end workflows.
• Create use cases for developers and QA to review during testing.
• Review requirements with IT to define project scope and systems impacted.
• Evaluate new ideas for practicality and ease of implementation.
• Learn internal software platforms and understand underlying functionality.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and develop re-engineering recommendations.
• Schedule regular progress meetings with the development team and report status to business owners.
• Identify risks and escalate issues.
• Recommend usability and efficiency improvements for applications.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in processes.
