Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate - Bulk Driver - Reach Operator for our LA Gateway Warehouse. You will receive, offload, and stage freight, operate reach trucks and forklifts, and ensure accurate paperwork and KPI targets.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, the ability to follow SOPs, and flexibility to work onsite. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with opportunities to train and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse operations experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (reach truck/forklift).
• Ability to follow SOPs and meet KPIs.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and offload vehicles, containers, and trailers; check paperwork and report discrepancies or damages.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, reach truck, and hand jacks to move and palletize cargo.
• Prepare outbound loads: match paperwork, label freight, and handle ULD preparation.
• Sign off Bills of Lading and verify counts and damages.
• Stage cargo to maintain safe, orderly flow and meet site KPIs.
• Use Warehouse Management System and booking sheets to maintain organization and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with training new staff and contribute process improvement ideas.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform site tasks such as weekly bond checks and DFT procedures.
