Job summary

William Charles Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager located in New Albany, IN. This leadership role involves managing financial and business aspects of the infrastructure group, establishing goals, and interfacing with project leaders.

The ideal candidate will oversee project training and development while ensuring budget setups and contract reviews are conducted. Competitive salary of $175,000 - $200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction or approved comparable experience required.
• Experience in Agency Infrastructure Projects with emphasis on structures and concrete paving are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the oversight, assignment, training, and development of Project Managers.
• Review financial Reports weekly for all active projects.
• Attend monthly customer meetings as necessary.
• Assist with Process/Procedure Development as needed.

Skills

Project Management training or certification (PMP or similar)

Strong understanding of the Project Management Process

Strong Interpersonal skills for managing team and external clients

Knowledge of Project/Quality Management Systems and Software (Procore, Project Team, MS Projects, MS Teams)

Education

Construction Management degree or similar
