Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop full understanding of contract documents for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.
• Coordinate with PMT and Design Professionals to obtain Owner decisions.
• Lead selective bid processes and assist in evaluating bids.
• Interface with Outreach Coordinator to support SLEB participation.
• Observe and record jobsite activity and address schedule/cost issues.
• Manage document control and review submittals, RFIs, and changes.
