The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of program management experience, formal oversight expertise, and willingness to coordinate with mission partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in formal project oversight and leading Technical Teams.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).
• Experience with USSOCOM logistics and mission execution frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Leads the execution of Project Plans and coordinates technical efforts across multifunctional departments.
• Authorize task-level adjustments and validate project milestones to maintain organizational alignment.
• Manage the allocation of project resources and lead Technical Teams in achieving complex mission objectives.
• Manges the delivery of specialized mission execution services across the Pacific theater.
• Translate mission requirements into actionable Project Plans and coordinate the transition of personnel and equipment to support theater-level goals.
• Maintain a steady flow of communication with Mission Partners regarding project performance and ensure adherence to theater-specific operational standards.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
