Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to lead enterprise network security controls in Nashville, TN onsite. You will drive modernization, risk reduction, and policy alignment across a Fortune 100 infrastructure.

Responsibilities include reviewing security policies, implementing secure configurations, and collaborating with IT teams to maintain mature security posture. Prior experience with NGFWs, IDS/IPS, VPN, and zero trust is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in network security roles.
• Experience with NGFW, IDS/IPS, VPN, network segmentation and zero trust in large environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and modernization of network security controls.
• Oversee policy reviews, risk assessments, and remediation design.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001.
