Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in property management preferred.
• Minimum 3–6 years of property management experience, preferably HUD/LIHTC or senior living.
• Familiarity with HUD/affordable housing programs and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, resident relations, and facilities management.
• Prepare and manage budgets and monitor occupancy to maximize financial health.
• Direct maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain audit-ready resident files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead resident activities and serve as liaison between residents, families and leadership.
