Rollout Systems, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Senior Linux Engineer to join our onsite enterprise IT team supporting a critical warfighter customer. You will install, configure, and sustain Linux servers across physical, virtual, and cloud environments, manage identity services, and lead outage responses with a focus on security and compliance.

You will develop Ansible playbooks, Python/Bash/Perl scripts, and integrate automation with ServiceNow, Git/GitLab, and monitoring tools.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of hands-on Linux system administration experience.
• 5+ years in operations and maintenance with Linux security expertise.
• 5+ years scripting in Bash and Python; Perl experience preferred.
• 3+ years AAP experience with ansible-builder and Execution Environments.
• 1+ year help desk or direct IT customer support; ServiceNow familiarity.
• Experience with RHEL 8/9 and CentOS-like knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and sustain enterprise Linux servers and workstations across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Manage accounts, groups, permissions, and services; SELinux, LVM, partitions, filesystems.
• Administer LDAP, NFS, DNS, SSH, and Active Directory integration.
• Provide Tier I–III incident support; ServiceNow workflows.
• Lead outage response, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Develop Ansible playbooks and Python/Bash/Perl scripts for automation.
• Maintain GitLab CI/CD, Docker deployments, and RBAC configurations.
• Implement DISA STIGs and NIST RMF controls; perform hardening.
