Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is seeking an onsite Sr. Executive Assistant in Camarillo, CA. You will provide dedicated executive administrative support to the Site HR Manager and ITD Operations Director, coordinating calendars, travel, and leadership engagements.

The role requires discretion, professionalism, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive business priorities and effective communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of executive administrative experience supporting and partnering with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced level understanding of computer software and programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Site HR Manager and ITD Director, ensuring efficient daily operations and strategic priorities.
• Maintain calendars and schedule meetings, travel, and engagements with discretion.
