Red River Hospital & Residential Treatment Center in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical operations, treatment programming, and patient care. This role will supervise multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes in a full-time, onsite capacity.

• License-bearing Master’s or Doctorate in Behavioral or Mental Health or PsyD.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with clinical populations.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, CARF) and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to clinical staff and leaders.
• Oversee clinical operations, program development, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Champion evidence-based treatment practices, including CBT, DBT, and measurement-based care.
• Monitor clinical quality measures, patient outcomes, documentation standards, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide oversight for crisis intervention, care coordination, and treatment planning.
• Partner with leadership teams, referral sources, and community stakeholders to support program growth and operational excellence.
• Participate in strategic planning, staff development, and ongoing program evaluation.
