Associate Scientist will participate in a team responsible for all aspects of method development, qualification, and execution for the characterization of complex biologics. This position requires hands-on laboratory experience working with analytical techniques for testing of drug substance and drug product to provide phase appropriate analytical development in support
Qualifications
- Hands-on analytical assay experience with standard methods.
- Experience authoring protocols, methods, and SOPs.
- Ability to communicate technically across teams and timelines.
- Familiarity with GMPs, GLPs and regulatory documentation.
- Strong data interpretation and statistical awareness.
Responsibilities
- Execute analytical methods and validate test methods.
- Author and review analytical methods, protocols, and reports.
- Operate and maintain instrumentation and computer control systems.
- Support laboratory operations and sample management.
- Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines and global regulations.
