Associate Scientist will participate in a team responsible for all aspects of method development, qualification, and execution for the characterization of complex biologics. Qualifications

• Hands-on analytical development and method validation experience.
• Experience with immunoassays such as AlphaLISA, ELISA, SPR, western blot preferred.
• Experience with GMP/GLP knowledge and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytical methods development and validation for biologics.
• Author and review methods, protocols, reports, and change controls.
• Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation and computer systems.
• Support lab operations including inventory, sample management, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, GMP, GLP, GDP guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PD, R&D, QC, and Formulation teams.
• Train staff to ensure proper execution of roles.
