• Provide oversight for high-impact plan decisions involving livability, cost, constructability, and customer experience.
• Support long-range planning for architectural resources, consultant capacity, and project forecasting.
• Facilitate cross-market collaboration to share knowledge and implement standardized solutions.
• Represent architecture in leadership reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Develop, coach, and mentor subordinates with growth paths.
• Oversee annual architectural budget updates and forecasting for respective market.
