Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations at the Dadeland, FL client site. You will supervise security staff, coordinate shifts, and ensure compliance with contract requirements, delivering high-quality security services.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory security experience, a Florida D license, and a valid driver’s license. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm, with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have Florida Security License D; no exceptions.
• 3–5 years of supervisor security experience required.
• Ability to use computer or tablet for reporting and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers and supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property at the site.
• Build and maintain client and employee relationships; provide excellent customer service.
