Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Site Security Manager for the Towson, MD site to oversee all physical security and safety services. The role requires managing the Security & Safety Services Team, safeguarding the facility, and acting as a First Responder in emergencies.

The candidate should have 5+ years in security or related fields, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. Some travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher education preferred.
• 5+ years related security, law enforcement or military experience preferred.
• C-TPAT and/or regulatory compliance experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Direct Security & Safety Services for Towson, MD site.
• Monitor CCTV, security and fire systems; patrol and secure areas.
• Manage visitors and access control at all security posts.
• Serve as First Responder in crises; provide First Aid/CPR/AED.
