Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be certified in First Aid, CPR, and Blood-borne Pathogens or willing to obtain certification through Mattel.
• Must have valid driver’s license and Security Guard license where required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and internal teams.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with MS Windows, CCTV, and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Protect employees, guests, products, and Mattel brands.
• Enforce security policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform patrols and monitor access control, CCTV, and guard tours.
• Document incidents and coordinate with Security Leader/Shift Supervisor.
• Coordinate emergency response and report maintenance issues.
