Job summary

Titan Protection and Consulting, Inc. seeks a skilled Security Drone Operator to join our drone operations team in Overland Park, KS. You will deploy UAVs to monitor assets, respond to incidents in real time, and provide aerial intelligence to guide on-ground teams.

Must hold FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) and be comfortable with 24/7 scheduling, routine pre-flight checks, and documenting flight activity while staying compliant with FAA rules and privacy laws.

Qualifications

• Licensing — FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) required and current.
• Flight experience with drone operations in varied environments.
• Technical skills with surveillance software and GPS planning tools.
• Strong communication across teams and law enforcement coordination.
• Flexible, reliable with 24/7/365 availability.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving to assess threats.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance & Patrol — conduct scheduled/autonomous patrols to detect intruders and hazards.
• Incident Response — provide live aerial intelligence to guide ground teams.
• Equipment Management — pre-flight checks and routine maintenance of drones and gear.
• Data Analysis & Reporting — analyze footage and generate incident reports.
• Regulatory Compliance — adhere to FAA rules, safety protocols, and privacy laws.
