Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a School Social Worker to support students across a diverse district. This contract role is onsite and offers both full-time and part-time options to fit your schedule.

You will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, collaborate with staff, and maintain records in line with district and state requirements. Travel between sites is required to deliver a personalized, impactful service. An ASAP start date supports flexible caseloads and immediate contributions.

Qualifications

• Current credentials as a School Social Worker.
• Experience providing social work services in school settings is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and advocacy skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel between multiple school sites in the district.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive social work services to students, families, and school staff.
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and implement strategies to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
• Offer crisis intervention and connect students and families with community resources.
• Manage a small caseload, allowing for a personalized and impactful approach with each student.
