Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility.
• Experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Support students using augmentative and alternative communication devices if necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate communication goals into daily activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with IDEA and state laws.
