E-Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our onsite team in Aurora, IL for the 26/27 school year. The role starts in August 2026 and is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) serving K-5th grade students in resource and self-contained classrooms.

The ideal candidate holds an IL OT license, NBCOT certification, and a master's degree in occupational therapy, with school-based experience. Competitive benefits and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Must hold valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience in K-12 or school settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with students, parents, and school staff.
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address students' needs and promote skill development.
• Monitor and document students' progress towards goals, adjusting plans as needed.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and other school staff regarding strategies to promote participation and success in the classroom.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for students' academic and functional needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to education plan development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
