Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Grapevine, Texas is seeking a Production Control Planner to develop and execute production and resource plans. This full-time, 100% onsite role focuses on optimizing capacity and meeting customer demand.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in production planning, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience (SAP preferred). A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in production planning or related roles.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Certifications in APICS CPIM/CSCP or Six Sigma are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and planning rigor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Monitor material readiness and coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain.
• Manage IOS activities to align with production and delivery commitments.
• Generate and track production and repair orders.
• Collaborate with CSR, Warehouse, and other teams to meet schedules.
• Review MO/RO to ensure timely closures and accurate records.
• Analyze operational metrics such as manpower, materials, and output.
• Prepare capacity plans based on equipment utilization and inputs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
