Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. seeks a Project Safety Specialist to support our Safety department on active projects. You will coordinate daily safety reporting and assist with onboarding of new employees, along with supporting incident investigations.

A background in construction safety, familiarity with OSHA standards, and the ability to collaborate with owners, construction managers, and contractors are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing site safety plans and procedures.
• Coordinate collection and analysis of safety metrics throughout the year.
• Assist with new hire onboarding.
• Assist with incident investigations when necessary.
• Prepare required documentation and incident reporting and create safety alerts.
• Monitor and implement Safety Management System programs for compliance with regulations.
• Observe and ensure Safe Work Practices on site.
