You will guide the on-site safety team, partner with project leaders, and ensure work aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and GC expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop safety personnel assigned to projects or campus.

• Support pre-task planning and reviews of high-risk work.
• Stop work when unsafe conditions are identified and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety coverage to meet workforce levels and project needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer/GC requirements.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and reports.
