Qualifications

• 5–9 years robotics/automation experience preferred.
• Hands-on robotics and robot programming knowledge.
• Understanding of robot reachability and work envelopes.
• Experience with robot control logic and integration.
• Familiarity with ASME standards and safety requirements.
• Onsite manufacturing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize robot control logic for manufacturing.
• Perform reachability analyses for safe operation.
• Support design and integration of robotic systems within manufacturing environments.
• Program and troubleshoot industrial robots and automation equipment.
• Analyze robot paths, tooling, and production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues.
• Support installation, commissioning, testing, and optimization of robotic systems.
• Ensure designs comply with ASME and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and records.
• Participate in continuous improvement for safety, quality, cycle time.
