Riverside Health in Newport News, VA is seeking a Full-time Night RN to join the Transfer Center IC3 team on site. This role focuses on integrating processes to facilitate patient access to services, developing workflows, and leading quality initiatives in a 24/7 IC3 operation.

You will mentor staff, analyze performance data, and partner with leadership to implement efficient processes. VA license required; BSN preferred; 3-4 years RN experience with 2 years CCU/ED preferred.

Qualifikationen

• RN program graduate; Registered Nurse license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 3-4 years Healthcare/Medical RN experience required.
• 2 years Critical Care or ED experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensures IC3 Quality and RHS policy and procedures standards.
• Communicates to leadership using performance and outcome reports.
• Monitors and measures business plan execution, processes and outcomes.
• Provides system support when appropriate.
• Analyzes business performance and conducts root cause analysis.
• Partners with leadership to integrate streamlined IC3 processes.
