Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with MANTECH, seeks a motivated Assessment & Authorization (A&A) / RMF Engineer to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This onsite role focuses on developing, submitting, and maintaining cyber and RMF artifacts for Navy ATOs, and supporting baseline updates for NAVY systems.

The candidate will work with RMF tools such as eMASS and XACTA, coordinate POA&Ms, and ensure proper implementation of cybersecurity controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with DIACAP, RMF, NIST and other DoD/federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, submit, and maintain Cyber and A&A artifacts for Navy RMF ATOs.
• Support hardware/software configuration baselines for NETTN enclaves and NTB software.
• Coordinate RMF package escalation processes and POA&Ms for findings.
