Qualifications

• Rigger Journeyman level minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of General Foreman and assigned craft workers.
• Establish work sequences to meet construction schedule using equipment and personnel capacity.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervision area.
• Maintain time records.
• Enforce safety regulations and policies.
• Estimate worker-hour requirements and study schedules.
• Coordinate movement of equipment and material per signals.
• Detect and respond to dangerous conditions.
• Perform regular safety inspections per SIC policy.
• Attend to travel as required.
