Job summary

Access Healthcare in Wakefield, RI seeks an experienced Director of Onsite Operations & Client Transition to lead the onsite program and partner with offshore teams. You will drive transition of revenue cycle functions to India-based centers while maintaining service quality and compliance.

The role requires leadership across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle areas, with strong collaboration with hospital stakeholders to improve performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of hospital and health system revenue cycle operations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale revenue cycle transitions and offshore delivery models.
• Strong executive presence with hospital leadership engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for hospital executives and leadership.
• Lead governance meetings, operational reviews, escalations, and executive reviews.
• Build relationships to support account growth opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle transition initiatives from the U.S. to India delivery centers.
• Develop transition roadmaps, risk mitigation plans, and go-live criteria.
• Oversee knowledge transfer, pilot programs, and post-transition stabilization.
• Drive performance across patient access, coding, billing, AR, denials, and cash posting.
• Monitor KPIs and initiate root-cause analyses for improvements.
• Ensure HIPAA/HITECH compliance and risk management.
