Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications in HFMA/AAHAM/AAPC/AHIMA/Lean Six Sigma/PMP/EPIC preferred.
• 12+ years in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading large offshore transitions.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite operations and transition management for hospital revenue cycle.
• Manage transitions to India-based delivery teams and ensure service delivery.
• Build governance with hospital executives and oversee performance metrics.
• Drive compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and audits.
• Develop transition roadmaps and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to optimize costs.
