The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and willingness to obtain several safety and activity certifications (Challenge Course, Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, First Aid, Archery).

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain challenge course certifications.
• Willingness to obtain lifeguard and waterfront certifications.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
• Willingness to obtain Archery Instructor Level 1 certification.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests upon arrival and assign rooms, ensuring needs are met for the stay.
• Provide ongoing support for retreat leaders and guests throughout the stay.
• Set up, break down, and clean meeting spaces to meet guest requirements.
• Lead and supervise PRN and Summer Staff for hosting duties and banquet services.
• Assist in housekeeping, food service, maintenance, and AV setup as needed.
• Facilitate activities, ensure safety, and respond calmly to emergencies.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to a supervisor promptly.
