Job summary

Newell Brands’ Yankee Candle Willow Grove store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving profitable sales. You will help lead a team and uphold brand standards.

You will assist in staffing, training, coaching, and maintaining store operations, including visual standards, scheduling, and safety, to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in retail management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with retail software and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze store performance and act on insights.
• Comfort working in a fragrance-rich environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
