Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, training, branch operations, or a related role.
• Strong organization, judgment, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to deliver in-person, virtual, and on-the-job training for varied learning needs.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking, onboarding, confidentiality, compliance, and operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and Hiring Coordination: confirm staffing needs, screen, interview, and coordinate communications and recommendations.
• Pre-Boarding and New Hire Coordination: prepare offer materials, set up training, and arrange resources for start dates.
• Orientation and Retail Training Delivery: plan first-day onboarding, create onboarding guides, and deliver training on products and processes.
• Peer Coaching and Progress Monitoring: schedule Peer Coaches, track onboarding progress, and address gaps.
• Program Administration: maintain schedules, materials, and documentation; continuously improve candidate and new-hire experience.
