Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in St. Louis, MO to install, service, and maintain electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory.

You will respond to customer needs, perform installations, maintenance, and repairs, and support our retail clients with prompt, effective solutions. Ideal candidates are locally based, legally eligible to work in the U.S., 18+, with PC and basic electronic skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for the geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements
• PC skills and basic electronic skills
• Willing to travel and work rotating/weekend shifts with possible overtime

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
