Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager – Lead the Way Home to oversee daily operations at one of our communities in Houston. You will manage leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination to create a thriving community.

You will hire, train, and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure top-tier service while maintaining budgets and capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 4 years of residential property management experience with a proven leasing/sales track record.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Entrata).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations from leasing to vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
• Promote property, attract residents, and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and rent collection.
• Provide resident-focused service and maintain property standards.
• Lead inspections, unit readiness, and capital improvements.
• Submit accurate financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with the local community and uphold company reputation.
