Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is a property management company seeking a Community Ambassador to engage residents, assist with leasing activities, and support community programming. You will help create a vibrant living environment and act as a liaison between residents and management.

The role requires student status, availability for ~20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to live on-site in staff housing. Proficiency in MS Office and social media is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student and meet academic requirements.
• Minimum 12 undergraduate credit hours (or 6 graduate hours).
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Must be able to live on-site in assigned staff housing.
• Approximately 20 hours per week; evenings and weekends required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents and plan social and development programs.
• Assist with leasing tours, follow-ups, and housing events.
• Support office operations and daily administrative tasks.
• Participate in on-call shifts and respond to residents’ concerns.
• Represent the B.HOM brand with a positive, professional image.
