Sago in New York is seeking Research Project Coordinators for a temporary three-month assignment near Penn Station. The role is part-time, four days per week (Friday–Monday), with an hourly rate of $25, onsite and daytime hours.

You will coordinate the onsite participant experience, manage access and compliance, and support a smooth study workflow. Collaboration with UX researchers and program managers is essential, as is maintaining confidentiality and precise documentation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, hospitality, psychology, business or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing operations or on-site logistics.
• Experience with research coordination or lab/front-desk operations.
• Strong privacy and confidentiality awareness.

Mansioni

• Coordinate participant hospitality and onsite experience.
• Manage check-in, arrival readiness, wayfinding, and onsite communications.
• Escort participants and ensure NDA/compliance protocols.
• Monitor lab access and secure movements.
